RAGI / FINGER MILLET DOSA/DOSAY

I have posted Ragi rotti recipe in my blog long ago, Now its Ragi dosa/dosay. Very simple, easy and healthy version of dosa/dosay.

 

       Ingredients :

  • Ragi flour – 1 cup
  • Black gram/Urad dal – 1/4 cup ( Urad dal powder can also be used)
  • Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for roasting dosa

 

        PROCEDURE :

  • Soak Black gram/Urad dal and fenugreek seeds for an hour in enough water
  • Drain all the water and grind to a fine paste
  • Add Ragi flour and salt to the mixie jar and grind everything again, so that the batter gets combined well
  • Transfer the batter into a container
  • Heat the dosa tawa , Pour a laddle full of batter , spread evenly, smear little oil, flip and roast as well
  • Ragi dosa/dosay is ready to serve
