I Prepare it in the same procedure as rava dosa. It also needs less time for preparation and within one and half hour it can be ready to eat. We can make this dosa also by adding any vegetables or plain. Equally tastes good and also a healthy, filling breakfast.




        Ingredients : 

  • Broken wheat – 1 cup
  • Black gram/ Urad dal – 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
  • Oil to roast dosa


        PROCEDURE :

  • Wash and soak Urad dal seperately for 1 hour, Wash broken wheat, drain all the water and keep it covered separately
  • Grind urad dal to a fine paste and add broken wheat, salt to the same jar and run the mixie once or twice just to get it combined well
  • Add cumin seeds, coriander leaves and curry leaves and Green chilli
  • Heat the griddle, Pour a laddle full of batter, spread evenly, smear 1/4 tsp oil
  • Roast both the sides and Serve
