POTATO / ALOOGEDDE / ALOO RAITA

As we are entering into the summer season its time to use more & more cooling dishes, vegetables and fruits. Here I’m going share a vegetable raita… ie Potato raita. It is a very quick recipe with very very few ingredients. It can be served as a side dish (accompaniment) or can be eater with roti, chapati, rotti and tastes well with rice as well.

 

 

       Ingredients :

  • Potato – 1 big
  • Green chilli – 1 big
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd – 1 cup OR as needed

 

         PROCEDURE :

  • Wash, boil, peel and mash potato
  • Make a paste using one green chilli and salt
  • Add ground paste to the mashed potato
  • Add curd , mix well and serve
