BEETROOT-POMEGRANATE RAITA

combination of vegetable and fruit which are red in color, good for health, cooling and refreshing.

 

 

 

        Ingredients :

  • Grated beetroot – 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1/2 cup or as needed
  • Salt to taste

 

        For tempering :

  • Oil – 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves – few

 

       PROCEDURE :

  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Prepare tempering and pour on the raita
  • Mix again and serve
