LADIES FINGER/OKRA RAITA / BENDEKAYI RAITA / BHINDI RAITA

This can be made in two methods, One is simple method i’m going to share now, in which we add curd and salt. The other method is using mustard seeds ( refer Palak sasive or Cucumber sasive in my blog ). In both the method it tastes equally good and goes well with rice and any type of roti.

       Ingredients :

  • Ladies finger / Bhindi – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1/2 cup or as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1 tsp

 

       PROCEDURE :

  • Heat oil and roast the bhindi till soft , add needed amount of salt when done
  • Let it cool completely, then add curd and serve
