PINEAPPLE RAITA

Yet another raita using fruit. Can be served as accompaniment or eaten as it is. Best served with spicy vegetable pulav. One of my favourite raita. One should choose sweeter peniapple while using it for raita

 

 

 

 

 

       Ingredients :

  • Pineapple – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Curd – 1 cup or as needed
  • Salt to taste

 

       PROCEDURE :

  • Chop Pineapple and green chilli
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well and serve
