This is one more refreshing and cooling kind of raita, during summer. If you are bored of eating tomato in salad , then you can go for tomato raita. Tomato raita can be eaten with roti, rice and can be served as accompaniment with Huli ( sambar), saaru ( rasam), spicy rice preparations, Pulav  etc. It is quick, simple and easy with less ingredients.



        Ingredients :

  • Tomato – 2 big
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • salt to taste


        PROCEDURE :

  • Chop tomato and coriander leaves
  • Add curd and mix properly
  • Add salt just before you serve
