I wanted to try this paratha which suits this hot weather and it came out yummy. So sharing the recipe with you all.




        Ingredients :

  • Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Grated cucumber – 1 cup
  • Grated fresh coconut – 4-5 tbsp
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves – few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to roast the Paratha


        PROCEDURE :

  • Squeeze well the grated cucumber and knead the dough using that cucumber juice by adding little salt
  • Grind together chilli, coconut without water
  • Add ground paste, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt to the squeezed cucumber & mix well
  • Take a portion of the dough and place a portion of the stuffing, seal it properly and roll it
  • Cook on both the sides using little oil & serve
