TANG-FRESH ORANGE POPSICLE

During summer we use tang as a refreshment drink often, apart from fruits and fruit juice. It contains all the goodness of Vitamins A, B, C & Iron. They say 1 glass of Tang gives 60% of Vitamin C required for the whole day. Instead of just stirring it in the cold water and drinking it, this time I tried making Popsicle using tang and combined with fresh fruit as well.

     Ingredients : 

  • Chopped fresh orange – 1 cup
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Tang – 4  tbsp

 

     PROCEDURE :

  • Add in 4 tbsp of tang powder into 2 cups of water, stir well till it dissolves completely

  • Pour enough juice into each Popsicle molds

  • Add in fresh oranges pieces

  • Insert Popsicle stick and freeze it for at least 6 hours or overnight
