WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR CURD / DAHI CHAPATI / PHULKA

Posted in : BREAKFAST RECIPES, ROTTI / ROTI / THALIPEET on by : Divya Suresh

Curd chapati/Phulka or dahi chapati/Phulka is a Kind of Indian flat bread made using curd while kneading the dough. Only curd is used with whole wheat flour and no water is used while making the dough. The tenderness of each bite makes your meal more delicious. I have added only cumin seeds in this recipe, but you can also use coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilli, red chilli etc to make it more delicious. Also you can replace cumin seeds with carom/ajwain seeds. I have also added Oats to make it more healthy. I have explained it with step wise pics though it is a very simple and easy recipe to make. The below measurements yielded 11-12 chapati/Phulka of the shown size.
