ALOO BHATURA

Posted in : BREAKFAST RECIPES, SNACKS / BAKED / DEEP FRIED / STEAMED on by : Divya Suresh

Sharing yet another recipe from one of my old written recipe book. If I remember right I learnt this recipe when I was in college from a marwari (rajasthan) friend. Since it is a deep fried one, I don’t make it very often, but I believe once in a while it is okay to eat deep fried things, as our body (stomach) should get used to or also have all the experiences. It turns out too good like restaurant (though I have never tasted it any restaurant) by looks. Below mentioned quantity of ingredients yielded 14 bhaturas of shown size.
