FINGER MILLET FLOUR SOUP| RAGI SOUP| RAGI GANJI|

This is a healthy soup, which is really good consume in summers. This is good for all the age group. As a kid I used have this soup very often.
This is very much suitable for Diabetics and people who consumes more liquid diet. But now a days I have started adding a small quantity of Corn Kernels into this and now it tastes more yummy and tasty
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml
- Ragi flour – 1&1/2 tbsp
- Water – 1 cup
- Green chilli – 1 small
- Corn Kernals – 1/4 cup or little less
- Curd – 1 to 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE :
- Steam or cook corn Kernals adding little salt
- Boil 3/4 cup of water and add 1 slit green chilli and salt, Keep 1/4 cup of water seperately
- Stir in Ragi flour in that 1/4 cup of water without lumps, and add it to the boiling water
- Keep stirring continuously, when it becomes thick ..add cooked corn, stir for one more minute and remove from the heat
- Let it become warm, then add the curd. Do not add the curd when the soup is hot else the soup gets curdled
- Check for the salt, add more if necessary
- Serve immediately
