Nine Flours Rotti |Mixed fours Thalipeeth |

ಒಂಭತ್ತು ಹಿಟ್ಟುಗಳ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ | ಮಿಶ್ರ ಹಿಟ್ಟುಗಳ ತಾಲಿಪಟ್ಟು |
An amazing, winter special rotti or thalipeeth, a breakfast recipe, prepared by using many kinds of flours mixed together.
This is known as rotti in rest of the Karnataka and as thalipeeth in Northern parts of Karnataka and also Maharashtra state as well. But during winter all these flours are majorly used in North India too.
This rotti can be made with or without adding vegetables. Below I have posted the pics of both the versions. We can add white/black sesame seeds also to the rotti, but today somehow I forgot to add it.
The below mentioned measurements sums up to the total of 2&1/2 cups of mixed flours, which is enough for 4 to 5 people
