Button Idly Sambar | Mini Idly Sambar |

ಬಟನ್ ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಬಾರ್ | ಮಿನಿ ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಬಾರ್ |
A heavenly breakfast recipe of idly which are very small in size and are soaked in mildly flavored, less spicy sambar and served with ghee.
A very filling, protein rich breakfast idea. This button idly sambar or mini idly sambar is a very common and regular dish in south Indian states since so many years.
Today I’m going to share the recipe of button idly or mini idly along with sambar exactly like how we get in namma Bengaluru Darshini or hotel.
Of course we all at home like it very much, but Suresh likes it more, rather I can say it is his favourite breakfast dish. I use only Salem rice/boiled rice along with split black gram for idly batter. No other kind of rice or any other ingredients goes into it.
