RADISH/MOOLANGI/MOOLI RAITA

Today when I wanted to make radish raita, I was actually running out of time, so instead of doing it in detail like – grating it, then add spice, salt etc etc, like I always do…. I did grind it in the mixie along with the spices and herbs, just added the curds and served it ! so fast! isn’t it ? How – check the recipe below.

 

Ingredients :

  • Radish – 3 nos., of medium sized
  • Green chilies – 2
  • Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
  • Curry leaves or Mint leaves or both – few
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd – 1 cup

PROCEDURE :

  • Peel, wash and dice the radish and put it in the mixie jar
  • Also add in green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, mint leaves and salt to the same jar
  • Grind them all coarsely, then transfer to a bowl
  • Add in curds,  mix well and serve
