BRUNCH PLATTER

Today’s brunch platter is a fusion of Bangalore region & north Karnataka region dishes. Today I made black eyed beans kattina (stock) saaru in the same method as hurali kattina saaru , I just have replaced black eyed beans/lobia/alasande kalu with horse gram/hurali/kulthi. Also in the platter is black eyed beans/lobia/alasande kalu salad , potato-onion curry , capsicum Palya (made in the same method as we make brinjal palya by adding Palyada pudi) , Jowar/jolada rotti & chutney pudi along with ghee
