Today’s Platter consists of dishes/recipes which are healthy, protein rich, full of vitamins and which promotes hydration in this scorching heat.

The platter includes home made mango pickle , cowpeas/lobia/alasande kalu salad/usli , Lemon-carrot saaru/rasam , buttermilk and rice.

No need to soak the cow peas or lobia, just cook it till soft in the pressure cooker and rest follow the same method
