Usually we make muchhore, a savory snack using split green gram/hesarubele along with rice flour, but I just tried making chakkuli/chakli by putting almost similar ingredients and their measurement, but it is entirely different in taste !

Yes … just including or excluding couple of ingredients makes the whole recipe taste entirely different sometimes and today I did the same.

You can also make this chakkuli for this upcoming Gokulashtami/Janmashtami day. Now let us see how to make this crispy snack.
