Lemon Juice/nimbe hannina Panaka

This is the authentic (Karnataka) method of making Panaka/lemon juice using Saffron strands for natural color & a bit of edible camphor.
This is indeed refreshing, energizing & amazing thirst-quenching drink, which can be easily made at home.

Ingredients :
- Water – 1&1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice – 1/2 tbsp or according to the taste
- Sugar – 1&1/2 tsp or according to the taste
- Salt – 2 to 3 pinches
- Cardamom Powder – 1 big pinch
- Edible Camphor – 1 pinch
- Saffron strands – 1/4 tsp ( soak in 1 tbsp of water for ten minutes )
PROCEDURE :
- Gather everything in a container and stir well , Pour into the glass and serve
