Instant whole wheat flour Pancake| didheer godhi dosay

As the name itself indicates, I use whole wheat flour (I personally get it done in the mill) to make this yummy dosay/dosa.
This is an instant, quick and easy recipe which can be made at any time of the day. If you are a diabetic patient and bored of eating same regular chapati/pulka/roti etc … then this is a fantastic alternate to fill your stomach in a healthy way. Most of the times I make this dosay with Curry leaves chutney only.
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml
- whole wheat flour – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water to make the batter
- Oil to roast dosay
PROCEDURE :
- In a container add ghee and rice flour and rub well so that it becomes soft like butter
- To that, add whole wheat flour and salt… mix everything well
- Now slowly add water little at a time while mixing the flour & Make a batter of dosay consistency, without any lumps
- Heat the tawa , pour a laddle full of batter and spread it thinly, smear little oil, cook on both the sides
- Serve hot with any chutney
