Today I served the healthy, nutrient dense paratha to my family and everyone of us like this paratha very much and I’m the biggest fan of cabbage
During winter we get very fresh and green cabbage here in Gurgaon, So obviously very often this Paratha is definitely made during winters.
Actually this has a kind of special aroma and taste. I make this in simple way either by mixing grated cabbage along with whole wheat flour or by preparing simple stuffing, the recipe of which I shall share soon.
This is very easy to make and we can pack this for lunch box as well and have that great feeling of feeding our people with nourishing food
