Healthy, fiber rich, protein packed idly recipe that doesn’t use rice. A diabetic friendly recipe, which can be relished by people of all age group. In this recipe I have used both split black gram and whole black gram in equal proportions. This idly is also considered as a weight loss recipe. I always make this idly by using split black gram/urad dal/uddina bele, but this time I wanted to try this same idly using whole black gram/sabut urad dal/kari uddina kalu and the result I got is awesome.
