Now its the season of Guava/amrood/seebekayi… Plenty are available in the market. So thought of sharing the recipe of guava chutney with you all.

This is a mildly sweet more spicy chutney which one would like to eat as such. I make this chutney as an accompaniment to go with rotti, paratha etc. and actually tastes best with Aloo ka paratha. But this time I made it and paired along with Methi paratha.

What I found is that this is also a nice combination with fenugreek leaves/methi paratha and steaming hot rice as well. It is one of the quick…easy…healthy fruit based chutney. During Last winter I also shared subji which uses Guava and fenugreek leaves… a healthy accompaniment with all types of rotis.
