AVALAKKI UNDE/BEATEN RICE/RICE FLAKES/POHA LADDU

Created my first ever vecipe (video recipe) of avalakki unde/beaten rice or rice flakes or Poha laddu…. a sweet treat that can be made in minutes, using Quick video App for android phone. It is a very simple, healthy unde/laddu recipe which uses only very few ingredients, which are all healthy and this particular unde/laddu is necessarily made on Gokulashtami/Janmashtami day, as avalakki/Poha is most favourite to Lord Krishna. Any age group people can relish it. It has got all the goodness of beaten rice, jaggery, dry coconut and ghee. We can also use powdered sugar in place of jaggery, but I prefer jaggery, as unde/laddu turns out more yummy with jaggery than sugar and of course…..Beaten rice & jaggery goes very well in any of its recipe.
