INSTANT RAVE MASALE/PLAIN DOSAY/RAVA MASALA/PLAIN DOSA… a no maida recipe
Posted in : BREAKFAST RECIPES, INSTANT MIXES/RECIPES, Pancake| Dosay| Dosa| dose| on by : Divya Suresh
A filling, healthy breakfast idea. No need to soak the ingredients for hours together, no need to grind or no need for any fermentation. You can make it whenever you feel like eating with some basic preparation within short time. It is the easiest dish to prepare but one should know to spread the batter on the heated tawa, in not more than one or two attempts it can be learnt easily. We can make plain as well as stuffed rave dosay using this same batter depending on the requirement and mood. Any kind of chutney or even chutney pudi goes well with this dosay/dosa.

- Pour with a ladle starting from the edges of the pan towards the other edge in a circular move
- Every time you need to stir the batter completely from the bottom before spreading it on the tawa
- If you are making it in large quantity, ie… for more than 2 people, then you may need to add little more water after making some 4 to 5 dosas
- Sprinkle little oil and roast till golden brown on both the sides
- Make it plain or stuff the potato filling and serve with any kind of chutney
