FRESH PEAS LENTIL RAGI ADAY(ADAI) DOSAY…. along with lobia/black eyed beans/alasande kalu

I keep trying dosa/dosay using different combinations of lentil, pulses and grains. But this time thought of adding fresh peas as well and it turned out superlicious dish which is both delicious & awesome. So very happily sharing the recipe of one of the nutritious, healthy, filling, rice less/without rice dosa/dosay with you all.

Ingredients : measuring cup used – 240 ml
To soak and grind :
- Pigeon peas/togaribele – 1/4 cup
- Bengal gram/Kadalebele – 1/4 cup
- Split green gram/hesarubele – 1/4 cup
- Split black gram/uddinabele – 1/4 cup
- Black eyed beans/alasande kalu – 1/4 cup
- Ragi/finger millet – 1/2 cup
- Sago/sabbakki/sabudana – 1/4 cup
- Fresh green peas – 1 cup
- Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Others :
- Whole red chili (byadigi – less hot and gives color) – 10 nos.,
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Raw turmeric – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1/2 tbsp
- Water to grind – 2&1/4 cup (adjust)
- Oil – to roast the dosa/dosay
PROCEDURE :
- Rinse well and soak all the lentils, beans, sago, ragi along with whole red chilies in enough water for minimum 4 hours
- After 4 hours first grind the chilies, ginger, raw turmeric, salt and fresh peas using little water, then transfer to a container
- Now to the same mixie jar, put the soaked lentil-grain mixture (drain all the water) and grind using sufficient water transfer to the same container and combine everything thoroughly
- Make dosa/dosay on the heated tawa by smearing little oil and serve with any kind of chutney
