ಬೇಕ್ಡ್ ಬ್ರೆಡ್ ರೋಲ್ಸ್ |

Wow…it’s a tasty… baked snack !

so one can enjoy relishing it without worrying much.. It is an easy, quick, guilt free recipe. You can take any bread of your choice, but here I have used whole wheat bread. And brown bread, multi grain bread can also be used.

I have put anaardana/Pomegranate powder to the filling to get it taste slightly sour, as we like it that way. During mango season I do add grated raw mango to get that sourness.

I usually make them on Sundays evening to serve along with Tea, as we all sit together to have tea while watching tv or chatting or enjoying some good music
