FRUIT AND NUT BISCUIT CAKE

Learnt this cake recently from a fellow member in a food recipe group. I wanted to try it immediately and it came out yummy. Many thanks to Smt. Manju Mahajan. Made some changes and it is a really easy recipe. When tasted I remembered my four year old niece, I will definitely make it again when she is here.
There are only very few cake recipes on my blog like egg less whole wheat banana muffins , egg less fruit cake , egg less/butter less banana loaf cake , Apple cake (low calorie) , Christmas cranberry dry fruits cake , FRUITS & NUTS CAKE (egg less, alcohol free, wheat flour Christmas fruit cake) , Instant cake . Have to/want to try many more healthy recipes.
Ingredients :
- Bourbon biscuit – 1 big packet
- Parle – G – 1 regular packet
- Milk – 1&1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar – 2 tsp ( I used Sugar free )
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Chocolate – Cadbury dairy milk – silk
- Chocolate sauce – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Half cup – walnut
- Half cup – Almond
- Fresh fruits – 1 Apple & few Grapes
PROCEDURE :
- Powder together both the biscuits , silk chocolate, baking powder and transfer into a bowl
- Add sugar, walnut, 1/4 cup of almond and milk… and combine everything in cut and fold method
- Transfer the batter into a greased microwavable dish
- Microwave for 5 to 7 minutes ( it took 7 seven minutes in the microwave at home )
- Take out… pour the chocolate sauce and sprinkle remaining almonds
- Garnish with fresh fruits and serve
