One more fruit based raita recipe, which has all the goodness of banana and curd, made using ground mustard seeds and coconut. This raita is very apt for summer. This can used as an accompaniment with roti, chapati, dosay and any type of masala rice or pulao etc. Tastes good with plain rice also.  During summer this raita can be eaten as such. Banana is used with curds so…. good to beat the heat !
