ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಜೋಳದ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಬಾಳೆಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಪರಾಠ

Over ripened bananas were lying since two three days in the fruit basket and I was thinking of preparing regular banana Poori or banana coconut idly to finish it off, but suddenly it did strike my mind that why don’t I try something new using banana along with jowar/sorghum flour and in the process, I also added whole wheat flour

And about 1/2 a cup of left out almond flour (powdered almond) was also lying in front of my eyes…so thought about creating something different and gathered everything in a wide bowl and made this new Paratha

Meanwhile instead of adding cumin seeds or ajwain seeds etc, thought and added black sesame seeds and the outcome was tasty, healthy, fiber rich yummy parathas. Very gladly sharing the recipe with you all
