ಹುರುಳಿ ಕಾಳಿನ ದಿಢೀರ್ ಸಾರು/ರಸಂ
An instant recipe which saves the time and energy besides being healthy as well. Very suitable for those days on which you are not feeling like cooking in detail, when you are in a hurry, when you want to have something light but healthy, comforting, when you want to have something little different than the regular one or whatever, this recipe comes to the rescue.
OR nothing among the above said but you just really want to make a different kind of saaru/rasam… even then this is the one that you should definitely try – this is one of my own creation !
In my opinion We can make the same kind of saaru/rasam using, dried field beans, black eyed beans, chickpeas and green gram as well. I shall try them all one by one and let you know.
