One of the easiest, quickest and healthiest breakfast recipe is oggarane avalakki. The Kannada word ‘oggarane‘ translates to ‘tempering‘ and ‘avalakki‘ translates to rice flakes/beaten rice/Poha.
We can make Poha/tempered rice flakes or oggarane avalakki by adding many kinds of vegetables and making the same using fresh green peas during winter is a normal thing.
But this time I have added Pistachios into it and garnished the same with pomegranate seeds. So it contains all the winter suitable/available stuff.
