POTATO CURD CURRY| ALOOGEDDE/ALOO RAITA

As we are entering into the summer season its time to use more & more cooling dishes, vegetables and fruits. Here I’m going share a vegetable raita… ie Potato raita. It is a very quick recipe with very very few ingredients. It can be served as a side dish (accompaniment) or can be eater with roti, chapati, rotti and tastes well with rice as well.
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml
- Potato – 1 big
- Green chilli – 1 big
- Salt to taste
- Curd – 1 cup OR as needed
PROCEDURE :
- Wash, boil, peel and mash potato
- Make a paste using one green chilli and salt
- Add ground paste to the mashed potato
- Add curd , mix well and serve
