Achari Chole Pulao | Chickpeas Biryani |

ಆಚಾರಿ ಚೋಲೆ ಪುಲಾವ್ | ಕಡಲೆಕಾಳಿನ ಬಿರಿಯಾನಿ |
Today I’m here with one of a different kind of flavorful rice dish specially made using pickle spice powder or achari masala powder.
This achari chole pulao or chickpeas biryani tastes better when made slightly more spicy. However this one is a very nutritious, protein rich rice preparation.
Today I had made simple cucumber raita to serve as an accompaniment with the biryani using home made creamy (hung) curd
I also have earlier posted recipes like Peas cashew almond yakhni pulao , Jack fruit vegetable pulao , Kashmiri pulao , onion/eerulli pulao , Palak pulao , kidney beans/rajma pulao , methi matar lemon pulao , barnyard millet pulao , hyderabadi pulao , hagalakayi/bitter gourd pulao , aloo pulao , orange pulao , cauliflower pulao , ghee rice/peas pulao here.
