Flour soup | Sorghum and Ragi flour ganji | VIDEO

Yummy, healthy, filling, tasty and energizing soup prepared using minimum ingredients, which can be enjoyed by any age group.
Make it with ragi flour or jowar/sorghum flour, both are good for health and easy and quick to make. It can ready within minutes rather we can call these soups as 2 minutes soups.
This Sorghum and ragi flour soup or ganji is a diabetic friendly recipe too… then what’s there to think make them quickly and enjoy hot during winter and warm during summer.
You can always adjust the proportion of water and flour, so that to get the desired consistency ie…thin and thick. But the proportions I have mentioned here is ideal as the soup doesn’t turn either too thin or thick
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 250 ml
- Ragi flour – 2 tbsp + 1/4 cup of water
- OR
- Sorghum/jowar flour – 2 tbsp + 1/4 cup of water
- Water – 1 cup (boiled)
- Salt – 1/2 tsp (adjust)
- Green chili – 1 small (optional)
PROCEDURE :
- To begin with Stir 2 tbsp of either of the flours in 1/4 cup of water without any lumps
- Now turn on the heat and add in 1 cup of boiled water and stir continuously until it boils well again
- Now put the salt and slit green chili, boil further for few seconds, then turn off the heat, pour to a glass and serve
