Beetroot dalimbe mosaru bajji | Beet Pomegranate raita |

ಬೀಟ್ರೂಟ್ ದಾಳಿಂಬೆ ಮೊಸರು ಬಜ್ಜಿ | ಬೀಟ್ರೂಟ್ ಪೊಮೆಗ್ರನೇಟ್ ರಾಯ್ತ |
Combination of vegetable and fruit which are red in color, good for health, cooling and refreshing, are put together to make this raita.
During peak summer you can serve this raita as an accompaniment with roti/paratha/Phulka/rotti as well. Health bhi… taste bhi… A very easy and quick to prepare raita with only few ingredients.
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml
- Grated beetroot – 1/2 cup
- Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
- Curd – 1/2 cup or as needed (preferably hung curd or thick curd)
- Salt to taste
For tempering :
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves – few
PROCEDURE :
- Mix all the ingredients
- Prepare tempering and pour on the raita
- Mix again and serve
