Bendekayi mosaru bajji | Ladies finger raita |

ಬೆಂಡೇಕಾಯಿ ಮೊಸರು ಬಜ್ಜಿ | ಬೆಂಡೇಕಾಯಿ ರಾಯ್ತ |
This bendekayi raita or ladies finger or Okra raita can be made in two methods, One is simple method which I’m going to share now, in which we just add curd and salt.
The other method is using mustard seeds (refer Palak sasive or Cucumber sasive on my blog) In both the method it tastes equally good and goes well with rice and any type of roti.
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml
- Ladies finger / Bhindi – 1 cup
- Curd – 1/2 cup or as needed
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tsp
PROCEDURE :
- Heat oil and roast the bhindi until soft
- Once cooked put required amount of salt and stir again
- Transfer to a bowl and allow it to cool completely
- Then add curd, mix well and serve
