ಅನಾನಸ್ ಮೊಸರು ಬಜ್ಜಿ | ಅನಾನಸ್ ರಾಯ್ತ |
Yet another raita prepared using a fruit. This can be served as an accompaniment with any dishes or can be eaten as such.
Pineapple raita tastes best when served along with spicy vegetable Pulav. This is one of my favourite raita. Carefully we need to choose sweeter pineapple for this raita, otherwise the raita doesn’t taste good and also gets curdled
This raita can be made in two ways. Below you can read about both the ways of making this yummy Pineapple raita
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml
- Pineapple – 1 cup
- Grated fresh coconut – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli – 1
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Curd – 1 cup or as per choice
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE :
- Chop Pineapple and green chilli
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well and serve
OR
- Gather together and dry grind coconut, green chili, salt and cumin powder and mix with chopped Pineapple and curd (shall upload the pic soon)
