ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಮೊಸರು ಬಜ್ಜಿ | ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ರಾಯ್ತ |
This is one more refreshing and cooling kind of raita, during summer. If you are bored of eating tomato in salad , then you can go for THIS tomato raita.
Tomato raita can also be eaten along with roti, rice and can be served as accompaniment with Huli (sambar), saaru (rasam), spicy rice preparations like Pulav etc.
This is one of the quick, simple and easy to prepare dish with few ingredients to consume as such at any time of the day
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml
- Chopped tomato – 2 cups
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Curd – 1 cup
- salt to taste
PROCEDURE :
- Chop tomato and coriander leaves
- Transfer to a bowl
- Add curd and mix properly
- Add salt just before you serve
