Raw mango instant Pickle| Totapuri churmuri

As the name itself indicates this particular pickle is an instant one. Almost everyday this is prepared when available in the season. Very easy to prepare and yummy to eat. Can be used as an accompaniment along with any kind of dish and also goes very well with curd rice.
Ingredients :
- Totapuri mango – 2 medium sized
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp or according to taste
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Tempering :
- Oil – 1/2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Hing – 3 to 4 pinches
PROCEDURE :
- Wash & wipe well the mangoes, chop it and add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt & combine everything well, cover and set aside for ten minutes
- Prepare tempering and pour it over the mangoes
- Mix everything and it is ready to serve
