Carrot almond milkshake| carrot badami haalu|

One more summer cooler in a healthy way. Very easy to prepare and can be served during anytime of the day or after breakfast.
During summer I always prepare this milk using slightly chilled milk…. so never use ice cubes. Where as in winters we can use warm milk , suitable for the weather.
This milk contains all the healthy ingredients in turn makes it suitable for people of any age group
Ingredients : measuring cup used – 250 ml
- Carrot – 1 medium sized, chopped or grated
- Milk – 1&1/2 cup (chilled or at room temperature)
- Water – 1&1/2 cup
- Fig ( anjeer ) – 4 nos.,
- Almond – 15 nos.,
- Sugar – 1 tbsp (I have put raw cane sugar and can be replaced with jaggery)
PROCEDURE :
- Cook chopped or grated carrot in water with figs until soft and let it cool completely
- Then put everything except milk in the mixie jar and churn it
- Add Milk and run the mixie once or twice
- Transfer to the glasses and serve
- Ice cubes can be added (Optional)
