Avalakki nuchhinunde is yet another type of steamed dumplings, prepared by combining less quantity of lentil and comparatively more quantity of beaten rice/rice flakes along with vegetables. This tastes best if made spicy.

This recipe is very much suitable for rainy season with a hot cup of coffee/Tea. A guilt free snack recipe… & can be made for breakfast as well.

These dumplings has certain amount of protein, calcium and rich in fibre. Can be eaten with any type of chutney or without any accompaniment also it tastes yum yum.
