ಬೇಸನ್ ಲಾಡೂ | ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಅಕ್ರೂಟ್ ಬೇಸನ್ ಲಾಡೂ |

A sweet dish which is full of fiber in the form of chickpea flour & almond flour and moreover walnut is also being used so this is definitely a healthy sweet dish which a person can eat in moderation without worrying  much.

Most of the time many people make Besan laddu/unde using gram flour and in that also there are many methods are followed to prepare it. But today I’m going to share how to make Besan laddu/unde using chickpea flour.

No doubt this laddu/unde is also prepared in the same way as gram flour laddu/unde, but I always keep changing its method of making and this method in which I make besan laddu/unde is healthy, aromatic and the yummiest.

So let us see what all ingredients I have used and how to proceed with that, which is being explained in a bit different way today !

Ingredients : measuring cup used – 200 ml

PROCEDURE :  

  • Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a kadai, add chickpea flour and fry it till raw smell goes and becomes aromatic on medium flame, make a well in the centre… now add remaining ghee, badam flour, chopped walnuts and fry for a while by mixing everything
  • Now it looks like this… now add Powdered sugar (I used unrefined organic brown sugar) & Cardamom powder combine everything on low flame for a minute and remove from the fire, transfer it into another plate or bowl, when it comes to the room temperature….. take small portions and make laddu / unde
  • Besan-Almond-walnut laddu/unde is ready to serve
