Wheat vermicelli choco bath| Semiya choco bath|

Earlier I have posted the recipe of semolina choco bath, in my blog. So I thought like let me try the same choco bath using vermicelli and it turned out to be the yummiest. I’m….. no doubt a big fan of chocolate flavored dishes. I like anything & everything which is chocolate flavored. Obviously it became my favourite dish. I have made it many a times, You can make it either by adding cashew nuts or Almonds as well. We liked it most with the almonds. I have cooked the vermicelli using only milk and no water.

Ingredients :
- Vermicelli – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 1&1/2 cup
- Sugar – 3 tbsp (I have added 2 tbsp)
- Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp ( I used weikfield cocoa powder)
- Choco chips – 1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts or Almonds – 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE :
- Heat ghee in a pan, add in cashews or almonds, vermicelli and roast it well
- Now add milk and let it cook on a medium flame, while stirring in between
- Once cooked, add in sugar, let it melt completely
- Now add in cocoa powder, stir well
- Remove from the fire and transfer it to a serving plate
- Sprinkle choco chips on it and serve
