ಮಾವಿನ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಕೇಸರಿಬಾತ್/ಶೀರ …ಬೆಲ್ಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ
Yet another yummiest sheera/rave kesaribath recipe made by using fresh fruit and this time it is the king of fruits – mango !
We all at home like sheera with any kind of fresh fruit, it’s one of our favourite sweet dish. Normally most of the people use sugar in this recipe, but it turns out equally yummy using jaggery too.
I personally like sooji halwa (plain) made using jaggery, so I have just added fresh fruit to the same recipe. It tastes best if you can choose sweetest mango or no issues in case you get mango which is little sour and less sweet, just remember you just need to add a pinch of salt
