Instant Cake | Instant Mango Cake |

Instant cake ! Instant mango cake ! yes…This is a cake made using mango and bread slices. Kids friendly, easy, quick and very much suitable for kids when/if they are hungry during odd times, apt for after school hunger or can also be served as evening snack.
This instant cake or instant mango cake contains lot of fresh fruit (here I have used mango) along with chocolate chips, chocolate syrup and brown bread.
By the way I made mango juice using that extra/remaining pulp and added beetroot ice cubes in place of plain water ice cubes… great idea right ? just thought of sharing this idea with you all
And now coming back to this recipe, even elders can relish this cake like sandwich by completely skipping that extra chocolate syrup or you can put it in small quantity.
Ingredients :
- Brown bread slices – 4 nos.,
- Mango – 1 big (fully ripe & sweet)
- Chocolate syrup -as required
- Chocolate chips – 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds – 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE :
- Remove the brown part or edges of bread slices
- Peel the mango and make thin slices
- Place a slice on the plate, spread chocolate syrup, place the mango slices on it, put one more bread slice again spread chocolate syrup, now place mango slice and repeat it for one more time






- Apply some mango pulp on the top, sprinkle some chocolate chips and pomegranate seeds


- Cut it into two parts, decorate with mango piece and a glazed cherry, Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour and serve
