Instant Rice Flour Chakkuli | South Indian Didheer Chakli |

One of the recipe from my old written/noted recipe book, which I have made numerous number of times earlier, but never shared the recipe here.
So this time without fail I could capture procedure pics and make it possible to post it here now. A very easy, hassle free recipe, which anyone can try.
Even the beginners can make it without any hesitation, which would be an addition for deepavali, Gokulashtami or any other festival celebrations.
So go ahead and make this Instant rice flour chakkuli or south Indian didheer chakli for this upcoming festival and enjoy with your family and friends. Happy festival to you all

Ingredients : measuring cup used – 250 ml
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Roasted chana powder or hurigadale hittu – 1/2 cup (sieved)
- Urad dal powder – 1/4 cup
- Red chilli powder – 1&1/2 to 2 tsp
- White sesame seeds – 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Hot oil – 2 tbsp
Others :
- Water – to knead the dough
- Oil – to deep fry
PROCEDURE :
- Gather everything, except hot oil in a wide vessel or parat, combine everything well

- Now pour in hot oil and mix again well


- Knead into a soft stiff dough using required water, knead it well

- Pinch a portion, Put it in the chakli maker/squeezer and squeeze into small circles

- Heat oil and one by one deep fry all the chakkuli and enjoy
