Instant saaru/rasam recipe which can be prepared in minutes without using cooked dal/lentil but using powdered lentil/dal (masala lentil/dal premix). It turns out too tasty and very easy and quick to make and very much suitable for bachelors who find it difficult at times to cook elaborate dishes. Also when you are not willing to cook detailed dishes or when you are in a hurry or when you want to have light meals or when you had heavy meals in the morning and at night you want something lighter on your stomach or when you prepare any heavy dishes like vegetable kootu , bisibelebath etc or during festival or small functions or when you wish to have comforting simple food ie… tili saaru(rasam) and Palya(subji), this recipe comes for your rescue And also you can drink it like a soup as well.
