A healthy, quick, instant dish. This is a recipe of a dosa/dosay variety which requires less effort as no need to soak the ingredients for long time and no need to ferment the batter. In other words a simple, healthy, easy, quick or instant kind of dosa/dosay recipe which is rich in protein. As I have mentioned earlier in one of my post special spice powder for dosa/dosay, now I use this spice powder to sprinkle on any kind of dosa/dosay, So this time when I made whole green gram dosa/dosay, Just like that for a change I sprinkled this spice powder on the dosa/dosay along with finely chopped raw onion and it tasted different and superb.
