Yet another yummy, healthy sweet dish with the goodness of Soya bean, whole wheat, milk, banana and jaggery in it ! I don’t remember from where I got this recipe, but it is being written in one of my old recipe books. I just tried out this recipe today and my goodness….it turned out to be so yummy….and more over I have that satisfaction of serving something very healthy to my loved ones. Everyone liked it and it is really very easy to make with simple & easily available healthy ingredients. The Soya bean flour and the whole wheat flour are fresh and quality flours, which I personally get it milled every time. This time I have added cashew nuts and raisins, but I would also like to try making this by adding almonds or walnuts. Will definitely post the pic whenever I do so.
